Huntress is seeking to expand their procurement team with the addition of a Procurement Specialist. The Procurement Specialist will join forces with the Procurement Manager to fortify Huntress’s procurement processes, identify gaps, and use data to tell the story, all while championing operational efficiency, strategy, and ironclad cross-departmental collaboration.
Accountable for the implementation and maintenance of the WelbeHealth Quality Operations program, this role assists with audits, as well as monitors staff compliance with state and federal regulations and WelbeHealth policies and procedures. Driving quality and compliance across multiple markets, partnering closely with leaders and interdisciplinary teams (IDTs) to elevate care delivery and ensure regulatory excellence. This role shape quality strategy, leads root cause analyses (RCAs), and mentoring new specialists.
Lead global negotiations on Indirect spend and drive subsequent savings. Build data driven cost reduction strategies. Challenge & consolidate the need internally, working directly with business owners in order to generate significant costs savings. Drive renewals to successful completion & put in place MSAs, working closely with legal. Own procurement processes and drive strategies that deliver efficiency and ROI.
